Jenn puts the "real" back in realtor. From our first meeting to signing on our home in record time, Jenn was an absolute all star. After many months and failed offers with another realtor, we teamed up with Jenn, found our home, made an offer and had it accepted — all within 24 hrs! Jenn is smart, kind, patient, approachable and a fierce advocate. As anxious first-time homebuyers in a temperamental market, she was exactly what we needed. Jenn went above and beyond to answer every question, advocate for our needs, give insightful advice and make sure we felt comfortable at every step of the way. As queer and trans folks who wanted to ensure our closing paperwork represented us accurately, she was affirming and never hesitated to advocate for us. Jenn didn't leave us hanging for even a moment, was prompt in answering our every question and kept up updated throughout the entire process. She provided helpful insights on the tour, advised on the best way to submit an attractive offer (which was accepted without any negotiations!), provided active feedback during the inspection and successfully negotiated for a credit due to an aging roof. Jenn helped us buy our very first home and she's absolutely our realtor for life! My first email exchange with Jenn was March 14th, 2025 and I closed on my first home April 21st, 2025. Jenn was thoughtful and transparent in every critical moment from HVAC and basement walls/windows to ideas on strengthening my offer when the time came. She shared preliminary info on mortgage contacts and loan types before I had that sorted and we got started right away. She was clear and upfront every step of the way and never left me hanging on a single email, voice memo or text. Jenn's knowledge and skills came through so quickly which made it easy to trust her in the process. When it came time to put my first offer in, she took care of it every step- she kept me in the loop over text, asked the necessary questions of the sellers agent, built a speedy solid relationship with them, crafted my offer and then quickly (proactively, even) edited my offer when we were countered. My first offer on my first home was accepted and it really was all thanks to Jenn and her years of experience in the field. I know she has been the key factor in multiple other accepted offers in circumstances where sellers were receiving upwards of 30 offers by deadline. I really can't express enough how beneficial Jenn's breadth of knowledge in Real Estate was in my experience with her, this goes without saying but I couldn't have done it without her. Aside from experience and skill, she is a kind, funny, and calming presence in the tumultuous context of house hunting. You won't regret your choice to work with Jenn as your Realtor.
